Privacy Policy

This site is built to collect as little as possible. The calculators run in your browser, there are no accounts, and the site never saves your results. Here is what does and doesn't happen with your data.

Calculator inputs

Everything you type into a calculator stays in your browser. The numbers are not sent to a server, not saved, and not connected to you in any way. If you close the page, they're gone.

Analytics

I use Google Analytics 4 to see how people find and use the site: which pages get visits, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device they use. To do this, Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as your approximate location, browser, and device type.

I use this information only to understand which calculators are useful and where the site needs work. You can read Google's privacy policy for details on how Google handles this data, and you can block Google Analytics with the opt-out browser add-on or most ad blockers. The calculators work exactly the same either way.

Cookies

The only cookies on this site come from Google Analytics, described above. The site itself does not set cookies, and the calculators do not need them.

Advertising

There are no ads on this site right now. If ads are added later, this page will be updated to name the ad provider, explain what data it collects, and link to its privacy terms. The "last updated" date at the top will change when that happens.

Contact

There is no contact form, newsletter, or signup on this site. If you email me at calculateanything@outlook.com, I'll see your email address and whatever you send. I use it only to reply, and I don't add it to any list or share it.

Hosting and server logs

Like almost every website, the company that hosts this site may keep standard server logs for security, which can include IP addresses and the pages requested. I don't use these logs to identify visitors.

External links

Source links and other outbound links take you to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy doesn't cover them.

Your choices

If you'd rather not be counted in analytics, an ad blocker or the Google opt-out tool will block it, and every calculator still works normally. Beyond analytics, the site doesn't collect anything about you unless you choose to email me. If you have a question about any of this, email calculateanything@outlook.com and I'm happy to explain.

Changes to this policy

If how the site handles data changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will reflect it.
