I read everything that comes in. Corrections, source suggestions, calculator requests, and general feedback are all welcome. A few tips to help me act on your message faster:

Reporting a problem

If a formula, number, or source looks wrong, include:

• The page URL
• The numbers you entered
• The result you expected
• The source you think I should be using, if you have one

Confirmed errors get fixed, and the fix updates the page date.

Requesting a calculator

New calculator ideas are welcome. The best requests answer two things:

• The exact question you want answered ("How much mulch do I need for a 10x12 bed?")
• The numbers a person would actually know when they ask it

I can't build everything, but requests that come with a clear question usually move to the front of the line.

Feedback on wording, confusing explanations, broken pages, or anything else about the site goes to the same address. There's no form and no account, just email.
